Fuad Jabbarov studied political science at the University of Western University in 1998-2003. And successfully completed a business management at the same university in 2003-2005. He received a PhD in process management at the Azerbaijan University of Tourism and Management in 2013-2018.

Fuad Jabbarov has 20 years of experience. He has been working as a sales manager in various companies for more than 7 years, and has also worked as a Financial Manager in International companies for more than 4 years. In addition, F. Jabbarov has professional pedagogical experience in training Finance, Marketing, Management, Statistics, etc. in advanced institutions of higher education in the country.
