He has been the organizer and trainer of psychological trainings and seminars in many private and public institutions. He has worked as a trainer on more than 20 projects and conducted trainings for hundreds of audiences on more than 50 topics.

The State Agency for Citizen Services and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and its subordinate city and regional centers conducted the first official scientific-psychological research on organizational psychology and organizational behavior during the period of independent Azerbaijan.

He is the author of several new psychological methodologies, as well as the adaptation and approbation of a number of methodologies in the Azerbaijani language and in Russian for the Azerbaijani society.
