Clerical and electronic document management (EDMS) training

About the Training

In both public and private sectors, one of the key components of effective management and systemization is the organization of document circulation, documentation, and document handling. In order to achieve mobility, flexibility, and efficiency in this area, relevant decisions have been made regarding the establishment, implementation, and application of electronic document management systems (EDMS).

To provide a legal framework in this direction, the following presidential decrees were issued in the Republic of Azerbaijan:
– Law No. 602 dated March 9, 2004
– Decree No. 692 dated September 4, 2012
– Decree No. 314 dated October 27, 2018

Upon completion of the course, participants will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to work with documentation in both public institutions and private organizations, including:
– setting up document workflows,
– organizing and maintaining document records,
– managing the movement, usage, and storage of documents,
– understanding electronic document systems,
– basics of archiving,
– and the formation of legal procedures in document handling.
