Education:

In 2006, he graduated from Baku State University, Faculty of International Law and International Relations, majoring in International Law. He received a master's degree in international law from the Faculty of International Law and International Relations of the same university and graduated with honors in 2008. In 2011, he successfully completed his doctoral studies at Baku State University, Faculty of Law, majoring in international law.

Work experience:

From 2015 - within the Program Cooperation Framework of the Eastern Partnership (PCF) 2015-2017, the European Convention by the Ministry of Justice and the Academy of Justice within the framework of the Project "Application of the European Convention on Human Rights and the case law of the European Court of Human Rights in Azerbaijan", a Joint Program of the European Union and the Council of Europe I was invited to lecture and train for lawyers and practicing lawyers and I am one of the 38 official trainers in the Republic, among whom judges and lawyers are also represented.

Since 2016, he has been an official trainer for the "Help distance course for access to the ECHR", a Joint Program of the European Union and the Council of Europe.

From 2008 to 2015, he worked as a teacher at the "International private law and European law" department, and then at the "UNESCO on human rights and information law" department at the Faculty of Law of BSU.

2015-2018, he worked as a consultant, 3rd grade civil servant, Legal Department, State Agency for the Organization of State Land Management under the State Committee for Real Estate Affairs.

From 2018 until now - State Advertising Agency, continues to work as a senior lawyer.
