Khazar Aslanov received his bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from the Azerbaijan University of Economics. He then completed his master's degree at Baku Engineering University with honors in Financial Management. He is currently studying for a doctorate at the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, majoring in Finance.

Khazar Aslanov worked as a financial specialist at Davud Mamedov LLC. He currently works as a finance specialist at AgroWest DC LLC. He passed all ACCA exams on the first try. Caspian is currently conducting ACCA trainings in many places.
