Education:

In 1998-2002, Rasim Abutalibov received his Bachelor's degree in Management from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. Also, in 2002-2004, he graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics with an honors diploma in Management. In 2010, ANAS, Institute of Economics, Regional Economy, received the title of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics. In 2013, he continued his post-doctoral studies at "Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW)" in Poland within the Erasmus Mundus program. In 2015, he participated in the "Academic Staff mobility" program at Masaryk University in the Czech Republic within the Erasmus Mundus Humeria program.

He works as an Associate Professor at Baku Engineering University. Also, at Sabah University of Economics, Management, Basics of Business, Marketing, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Business ethics, etc. are taught in groups. teaches subjects.

In 2019, "Israel innovation exchange" and in 2022, Azerbaijan-Germany cooperation in the field of raising the qualifications of managers in Germany participated in the program "On raising the qualifications of managers in the business community of Azerbaijan" between the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Federal Ministry of Economy and Energy of the Federal Republic of Germany.
