Sultanov Hikmet Yahya oglu - graduated with honors from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics in 2004 with a degree in International Economic Relations and in 2007 received a master's degree in the same specialty from the same university.

In 2007, he started working as a bond trader in the Foreign Exchange Reserves Management Department of the Market Operations Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He worked as a senior specialist in the Expenditure Control Department, in 2015-20119 as a finance manager at Mammadovs LLC, and in 2019-2021 as a deputy director for economic affairs at the National Hematology and Transfusiology Center. At present, IBA works in the Risk Management Department of the Bank.

CFA has successfully passed all three stages of the exam in the first attempt and has been a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Securities Analysts since 2012. Has more than 10 years of experience in finance and investment. Since 2015, it has been conducting CFA trainings and trainings on Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance at a number of local universities.
